Great Variety!
These are a great pack of flavours. Love having the different varieties on hand for different types of meat. Love all the flavours included.

Great Selection of assorted woods.
This assortment of pucks compliments the Bradley smoker perfectly. Hickory and Special Blend are excellent for making naturally smoked Jerky while the Alder is perfect for smoked salmon. Depending on what your doing, this will give you enough pucks for 1-2 smokes for each type which is great if your just learning or experimenting with smoking.
One other point, these pucks are just compressed wood, there are no chemicals or fillers in them so the smoke is clean and very flavourful.

This is Awesome
I bought this not expecting much. But after using them the first time I am convinced. It creates a nice smoked aroma.
