Great customer support Bought a bunch of these for the plant around the yard. Three had broken rods, the store I purchased them from were out of stock so I could not exchange them so I called NuVue customer service to see if I could get new rods. Well the guy there said he would ship three complete new ones and when we got them NuVue had thrown in 2 smaller ones extra. You don't see customer service like that too much anymore. Fabulous Cover, The best out there!! I just wanted to comment on the NuVue Winter Plant/Shrub Cover and say this product is the best out there. Set up is a breeze, and the product is strong! I live in Winterpeg and purchased a Zone 4+ Hydrangea last summer, I hoped would survive our cold winter climate. I used the the Nuvue Cover added some dried leaves around the root ball and staked it down with the strong sturdy stakes they provide; all done in less than 10 min. Throughout the winter I covered it completely with snow. I removed the cover 2 days ago and the Hydrangea has new leaves and new sprouts and definitely survived. I am extremely pleased with this product and will be purchasing more to cover other delicate plants I will be purchasing this season. My hopes is that all the sizes NuVue makes will be available at our store. I recommend this cover to all garden enthusiasts, and especially to those who like to experiment on delicate plants from higher Climate Zones than in your area. May 9, 2011
