Just hasn't worked out...
Purchased June '11 to replace Sears mower with what had proven to be a very reliable tecumseh engine. (12 Years of trouble free service - replaced due to base rusting out)
Mower was shipping damaged, one wheel bent in severely - major toe in issue if you will. Removed wheel, bent spindle back in with a hammer thinking I would just live with it. Worked well, cut lawn partially until it stalled. Impossible to restart. Seemed to be flooded. Returned to CT the day after purchase. I was asked to call the manufacturer but insisted on a replacement. Got through 2011 ok, finding it easy to start when cold, cantankerous, at best, to restart when hot. It is very anemic, stalls easily if the grass is high or moist. (In BC we have to make hay while the sun shines and sometimes mow wet grass..)
Tried to use it for the first time this year. Pull rope broke off. Managed to disassemble and repair. Mowed some of the lawn til blade came loose, bolt at crankshaft came loose. I will put this under the deck to rot and get something better. It has been a tremendous source of irritation. As well, no replacement parts available aside from the most basic maintenance kind. I hate this thing..... Sorry for the novel, take this as one opinion, research and make a choice that works for you...thanks.

Would not buy again -self propelling not very good
I had my 'self-propelled' lawnmower (19") back to the store for repairs after the second use as it stopped propelling. I used it a couple more times then I put it away for the winter. I clean out the spark plug then turn it on in the spring and I did not get 2 minutes into my mow before the mower stopped propelling again.
Ridiculous. Now I have to cart this thing back to Canadian Tire to get it repaired yet again.
the one positive thing I can say is that it starts up just fine and that is a plus, but as far as the propelling goes I would not purchase this product with that feature ever again.

Good Buy
I just bought this lawn mower 2 weeks ago and save 50$ and it did started first pull. I cut my long wet grass and it did pretty good. Since the grass was long and wet it took about 10 min. to rest after I would stop it to empty the bag. I reused it again on my normal grass and it was great. Love the self propelled it's a must have and love not having the grass get stuck since it all goes in the bag. Best lawn mower so far. Hope it lasts!!

Great product
This is a good product. However, the description on the website is wrong.
In the features link, " 19" cutting desk" should be 21".
In the specification link, it links to a "Troy Bilt" Lawn Mower.
To whom will buy it: Please check the correct description in your local store.
To the website administrator: Please verify the features and specification links, and correct the errors.
Thank you.
