No Owner's Manual
Its fine to forget a manual but the product does not even have a site to download one ????? My toe nail clippers I bought has a website come on.

It's alright
Pretty easy to set up, build quality seems good... but for a 9,000 BTU AC this thing is not very powerful. My In-Window 8,000 Unit we use for our main floor is more powerful than this unit, and cools a larger area. That aspect is a little disappointing, I expected at least similar performance for a unit that claims 1000 more BTU.

Possible to alternate from farenheit to celsius
In response to the previous comment, It turns out that it's actually pretty simple to change the remote's settings from functing in farenheit to celsius. There is a tag on the back of the remote advising you to press the ''Mode'' and '' - '' buttons simultaneously to alternate between both temperature settings. Hope this helps!

Poor manual
One issue has made this a frustrating purchase: the temperature setting is in Fahrenheit and customerService says this cannot be changed. Canada is a metric country.
The instruction manual is overall is incomplete and poorly written.
