Works Great I have this is my apartment living room window and it keeps my living room, dining room & kitchen quite cool. It is fairly quiet and I like having the fan only option. Very satisfied with this purchase. The only problem is that my window gap was on top because my windows open side to side and the accordion side panels it comes with are only for side to side gaps. Great for bedrooms Works great on small to mid size bedrooms. Energy rated is a bonus as well. June 18, 2012

Website wrong went to pick this unit up because the stated dimensions worked for our window but go to the store and the box had a 6 inch difference making the unit way to wide May 20, 2012
