Good vent I like this vent a lot more than an old one I had... It has only 3 louvers that are heavier than some other designs that have more, so they're less likely to jam open, although it's probably a good idea to clean the bits of lint that end up between the louvers. September 10, 2008

6-inch White Exhaust Hood This exhaust hood fit great but only after a year, the outside white plastic turned yellow and one of the louvered vents broke. I had to go out and buy another one as any replacements are about the same. The one I had before had a vent hood protecting the round inside exhaust louver. Not a good permanent solution. May 22, 2008

Okay It is great if you want a flush exhaust hood however the flaps do sometimes stick open. In the winter you must close it or you definetly feel the cold through the dryer. Still looking for something better. March 28, 2008
