Worked Great!
I purchased this product 2 days ago(March 11 2013, as it was on sale and cheaper than a new battery) the charger was very touchy to put on and it wouldn't turn on until it was just right but other than that is great. My F150 was complely dead no lights, no nothin' and at 4A for 3-4 hours it was ready to go and turned first try#was sitting all winter# i would recommend having this around just in case, at the sale price 29.99#they wanted 49.99 in-store sale# but was advertised online so i got it for the cheaper of the two it is a great buy.

Look no further, get this one.
I was thinking about getting the 12 amp model but the quicker you charge a battery, the more strain you put on the battery and the more you shorten its life. I bought this model, the simplest and least expensive and I'm impressed.
I charged two lawn tractor batteries and one car battery on the 2 and 4 amp settings respectively and all was well. The charges on the 2 amp settings are slow but work well for small discharged batteries. My lawn tractor batteries were very discharged and after charging with this unit and measuring with a multimeter, I read very nice voltage and current numbers. I charged my car battery after finding that the car turned over slowly. Charged it in less than 12 hours and now the car starts nice and quickly.
The fan runs a bit loud but it cools the little sucker well. Pretty solid construction, metal casing and a nice little handle. Only wished it had a power switch instead of having to plug/unplug.
All in all, a great buy for 40$ especially with the kind of temperature we are getting here this time around.

Excellent Product!
Minus 35 outside, car wouldnt start this morning, noticed these battery chargers were on sale, figured it was worth a shot. Bought the smaller of the 3 be it thats all I really need. Hooked it up, let it charge for the twenty minutes it recommends and the car fired right up! I was impressed by how small this charger is and how effective it was as well. Would definitely buy the Eliminator again!

Get this one over the cheapest unit
Bought a slightly larger, and cheaper unit ($39) and spent $24 on taxis only to find out it didn't work. I finally got a boost, returned the first unit (brand name Certified) and got the orange unit above. It's slightly smaller, has a fan, and the clips are better. This one worked right out of the box. Do yourself a favour and buy this one rather the cheapest model.

Great little charger for the price
I was lucky and got it when it was on sale and i couldn't be happier! I use it to recharge my battery for my trolling motor and really like being able to hook it up when I get back from fishing and leave it to do its thing. The auto shutoff/maintain charge feature is nice to find it a small unit like this.

I have purchased this item twice and it gives me this error that's not in the manual of flashing number 8's

Best Buy Ever
For such a small unit I could not believe what it could do. The price was fantastic because I bought during a Grand Re-Opening sale at about 72% off. One of the best investments I have ever made..

My Favourite Purchase
Love this compact charger. It is fast, safe and has 3 convienent charging settings. Especially like the trickle charge for using on my lawn tractor battery. Also like the automatic settings it has.
