love it even though i never use the built in address book feature, the speaker quality and the call id display is fantastic. As well as never loosing my bluetooth sync and the battery lasting a very long time between charges, i love this thing! The only thing that would be better would be if it had the highbeam automatic darkening feature that some higher level stock mirrors have but i wont complain. December 17, 2012

Look for another device The mirror is too big and it vibrates at higher speeds. When it was working it was okay, but it would drop calls from time to time and recently stopped responding to voice commands altogether. I used it for about a year and a half and I don't recommend it. December 12, 2012

Not Too good This product is good but have some limitations. If we talk about the bluetooth connection then it's a great product. Sound quality is good. And it has a display on mirror which display the contact information of incoming call. On the other hand the rearview camera is not good enough. On dim light we are unable to see a clear image. If vehicle is moving on high speed then it start shaking and vibrating which gives a blurry image. overall we can say it's a good product for bluetooth use but not for rearview mirror. Very bad product If you pay any money for this junk then you will join the ranks of people getting ripped off. Its a terrible product and worst of all has no volume. In the end you will turn it off and grab your phone to hear the caller. October 22, 2011

Not a complete mirror but a great device As a bluetooth connection to my cell, it is invaluable and has great sound. As a rear-view mirror, it has some short-comings: It does not have a dimming lever for night-time driving and it shakes and vibrates at highway speed no matter how much I tighten the straps that are supplied. If these could be solved it would be perfect for my purposes. October 23, 2010

Good product for the right vehicle This is a good product from a quality standpoint, but wait for it to be on sale as it's not worth $150 ($99 on sale multiple times) Pros: 1) Sound quality above average 2) Mirror clarity is better than many standard mirrors that are on the vehicle already 3) Set-up with phone/blackberry simple if you just read the instructions 4) Amount of usage on a single charge is terrific Cons: 1) Mirror is large, would not stop bouncing around on our Honda CRV, but is perfect on our larger Ford vehicle, can't tell this until you've bought it already 2) Green and Red call and hangup buttons could have been illuminated for nightime Overall I would recommend over cheaper systems that are just that, cheaper for a reason....quality September 12, 2010

Worst purchase ever When I first bought this unit, I was able to pair it with my cell on the first try. It seem to work fine at first. The next time I went to my car, this device would not connect with my cell phone even though it had already been paired with my cell. I tried many different things and nothing would work. I even tried deleting the device in my cell phone and pairing it again but still no luck. Nothing worked. The device just would not connect to my cell a second time. After a very frustrating week, I returned this device. I will never buy another Yada product again. August 10, 2010

good purchase at $99.99 Easy to program with the Yada support web site videos. Good quality of sound with a quiet car. Clear screen view thru the mirror. Nice available options. Good purchase even if this is not comparable to a system using the car stereo speakers. July 24, 2010

It's going back I just bought this Yada and I find it so complicated to get set up. I followed the directions and it still doesn't set up right. Plus it's too big for my mirror, I can't get the straps hooked into the back. If it was the size of my own mirror in the car I might consider keeping it and maybe have someone else set it up.
