Does just what it says.
I agree with 'whisper' and 'abandmon'. I have a lot of deck to clean and this product made it laughably easy. For what it is, it seems overpriced at $70. For what it does, I do not at all regret paying the price.
Before I bought this, I had to spray my deck with the wand held at just the right distance off the surface of the deck. Any variation caused streak marks. My arms got tired. Water splashed everywhere. It took a long time.
This product solves all those problems. The device attaches to your spray wand and is steadily pushed along the surface to be cleaned. Because it sits on the surface you do not have to hold it up. The brush 'skirt' helps to hold in the water. Because its nozzles are at a consistent distance from the surface there is no streaking. It is so much faster that this factor alone is worth the money.
Some warnings: Held in place over wood, the device will make a circular mark. Unlike pressure nozzles (as opposed to the detergent nozzle) this device WILL siphon detergent and spray it onto the surface. So DO remember to take out the detergent tube before you use it. (Although I does open the possibility of using this device to blast the surface with detergent. You will use a lot of detergent, though.) If there is some detergent left in the tube, this device will siphon it up before just water is sprayed. Also, being round, this device will not get into corners.
It is impossible to give an accurate 'Durability' rating. In use, the nozzle arm is constantly spinning at high speed. I hope that for $70 the bearing is of sufficient quality to last a long time. The rest of the device seems well enough made.
Like I said, $70 seems a lot for what it IS. But for what it DOES, to do this job, I would probably buy one every year if I had to.

Real Timesaver!
I have a large deck that I tried cleaning using my pressure washer alone. It was tedious and left the deck streaky in spots. I bought this and the results were amazing! Very easy to use and nice even cleaning as long as you don't keep it one place too long. I'm using it with a Karcher gass pressure washer with 2800 PSI rating.

Saved a ton of time
I bought this to clean the concrete deck near our pool. We tried just using nozzles on the pressure washer but it was taking way too long. This unit made quick work of the job. It cut through years of dirt on the concrete like nothing. The concrete looks brand new.
I gave 4 Stars on the quality instead of 5 because when I first tried it, the nozzles plugged up almost immediately. They were easy to remove and I found some plastic debris in each nozzle. Looked like it might have been left over from the manufacturing process. Once the debris was removed everything worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this product.
