Unnecessary Accesory
I bought this item last year, when I bought my new Karcher pressure washer. I used it on the first day, and haven't used it since. In my opinion, it is an accessory that provides and entirely redundant purpose. That is to say, it does nothing the wands don't already do.
I certainly would not pay full price for the item. If you're determined to buy it, wait for it to go on sale.

Karcher cleaner...BIG time saver!
I purchased this about a year ago to clean my cedar deck and porch. This removed all grayness from the wood and cleaned very evenly.
It will not clean as well as the dirt blaster, but not far off, it just has to be kept level and dont move it too fast.
Seems well built, just watch near edge of deck as you can catch the spinning nozzles.(caught mine once, but did not break...think I got lucky)

Not enough pressure
This product does not clean the deck as shown on the product box. I used it with the 2000 psi Karcher electric pressure washer and went over a grey dirty area of the deck many times. It did not clean the grey at all. I used the Dirtblaster (Rotary spray wand) that came with the pressure washer to get sufficient pressure to clean the dirt from the deck. The extension pieces are handy for the pressure washer though because otherwise the Rotary spray wand is too short.
