Bad Product
It's very hard to get it on the stem so that you can get a reading without losing a lot of air. It has to be centered perfectly. Very frustrating!

Readings Good, but Very Difficult to Seal to Valve
When you can get the gauge to seal against the valve stem, the readings are very accurate. This gauge is made for Michelin by the same company that makes Accutire gauges.
Unfortunately, this gauge is so difficult to get a good seal against the valve stem, that it is almost useless. Even after much practice, I always end up bleeding out a lot of air trying to get a good reading. Even cheap pencil gauges seal against the stem easily, on the first try, with minimal air bleeding out. The digital readings are great when you can get them, but with it being so difficult to actually get to work, I can't recommend it.
I feel that since even $2 gauges can seal easily against the valve, there is no excuse for this in what is supposed to be an upgrade from these cheaper products.

Useless
I've just spent 15 minutes checking and refilling my tires. Bleeds tons of air, loosing several PSI's in the process. You have to refill and retry and at some point you get lucky. Others reviewers may have patience and time but I don't. For this price they should have a better design. Just a rubber surface would do it. Returning this garbage tomorrow.

Good sturdy and accurate gauge
its the only gauge i have bought that shows accurate reading. it might be hard to do get a good seal for reading but it does the job well (try applyig it at a slight angle). what i do is pump the tires real good and then adjust it usig this gauge to lower/desired pressure. this way i dont have to add corrective air pressure. The gauge has a red backlightwhich makes it easy to read during dark hours. Overall its a nice quality gauge that is a bit hampered by its mediocre nozzle design and high price.

long time to reset to 0
Like others I've had this for a few years. And yes it is hard to get a good reading the first time, poor design, whats more frustrating is/if after you get a false reading you have to wait a long time for it to reset before taking a new measurement.

Poor design
As others have said, very difficult to get a good seal without substantial air loss. I've had it for several years, so I have had plenty practice - it's just not a good design. I am searching for a better product.

Used to be made by Accutire
Well this exact gauge used to be made by accutire when I purchased it 5 years ago when I first started working in an automotive shop. I must say this has been my most worthwhile purchase that I can think of. I still use the gauge today in my current workplace and it's still very accurate since I test it against our tire machines which are checked and calibrated every month.
While I agree sometimes it's hard to get the gauge to seal properly you shouldn't lose so much air that you need to pump up the tire again. With practice it's easy to get a good seal to the valve stem 99% of the time.
Only downside I can think of is that the rubber protector closer to the readout fell off 2 years ago(after very heavy use).

poorly designed
Like others have said, it's very hard to get a pressure reading without losing tons of air in the process.

Poor design
"Got it on sale, like some of the other customers....... thought it was a good deal, but truly not. The angle and shallow recess for the valve stem make it almost impossible to place this on the valve stem and get a good seal without losing so much air you need to pump the tire up anyway. Poor design."
I noticed some customers wrote a good write up on this tire gauge it must be on the earlier production of this gauge..................
