Tempo Fitness Recumbent Bike
Good value at half the original price
The price of the bike doesn’t match the quality. What I mean is, this is a much better bike than you might expect for the price. It’s easy to set up, has multiple resistance settings, and gives me and my family the workout we need without us having to spend.

First impressions: MESSY. Nearly a quarter pound of iron filings poured out of the box onto my floor when I opened it!
Trying to extend the bar that moves the seat back.... can't do it. I even took the bolt out that's supposed to be loosened for the task. I must have gotten a lemon, but I'm taking it back. I actually wrenched my back trying to extend the seat back. It came about two inches and I can see the deep scrape marks on the metal where something it jamming it. Piece of garbage... should have known better for the price!!

Buy when half price
This bike does the trick if you're just looking for a simple recumbent bike on a budget. Definitely not worth the regular price, but it's often on sale for 50% off, so like other reviewers recommended, I waited until it was on sale and snapped it up.
It has the standard features like keeping track of how long you're on it, how many calories burned, pulse, etc.
Mine does this weird thing where it will randomly beep when someone shakes the floor by stepping too hard when they walk... which can be kind of annoying.
The seat isn't super comfy, and admittedly the quality was lower than I was expecting, but more than sufficient. It's pretty fun to set a goal and have at it on the bike.

Very Good for the price I paid.
I bought this bike on sale half price. Given that you can pay thousands of dollars for recumbent bikes, I wasn't expecting very much. I was pleasantly surprised. The bike is very easy to assemble, and not too heavy for me to move around. I can sit in it quite comfortably, and it doesn't hurt my low back injury when I exercise. Yes, it is a little wobbly, and yes, the pedals sometimes make noise, but over all it is good value for the money when it's on sale.

Watch out for battery drain, otherwise OK
This is a fairly decent machine for what I paid (1/2 price). The box wasn't too hard to move around by myself and it easily fit into the back seat of my small car (which was a concern when I decided to buy.) Assembly was easy. Took less than an hour. The frame seems just a bit little wobbly, but I'm also close to its recommended weight limit. Still, I don't feel like it's going to fall apart beneath me. The seat is comfortable enough for a 30 minute workout. I find the "seat to pedal distance" a little difficult to adjust because you have to pull apart the frame at the bottom. If you're a single user, you should be fine once assembled and adjusted. Multi-users may want to invest in a machine with an easier mechanism to adjust the seat distance.
My only real concern is about the computer battery life. In my first week and a half of ownership, I went through 3 sets of AA batteries. That's with only riding about 30 minutes for 5 or 6 times. There must be some sort of battery drain going on when not in use. I now remove the batteries after every workout and one set of AA batteries has lasted me weeks and still going strong. (Yes, they were fresh batteries going in.) The downside of removing batteries is the loss of the odometer reading, which will reset.
Despite some flaws, this machine gives you good value. Not pro gym quality, but fine for home users.

Great Purchase at 1/2 Price!
I bought this in April when it was 50% off. I think it was such a great deal. I love how it doesn't require any plugs or cords and you can just use it anywhere. You only need 2 AAA batteries which are given. The bike is not too heavy and you can roll it from the front to change location or store it somewhere.
It took about an hour to set up the bike after I brought it home. The instructions are very clear and it was easy to assemble. The parts seem durable and I have not had any issues so far with this recumbent bike. I like how the seat is lower so it is very easy to get into and out of the seat. It would be good for older people too.
I bike in the basement about twice per week for 30minutes. I usually don't like biking for a long time but this is a pretty good cardio workout when I don't feel like going out for a run. I fluctuate with the resistance to make it more challenging and to change things up.
The computer (small monitor) tracks your time, distance, pace, and calories, which I think is very practical. The only thing that I've noticed is that the pedals sometimes makes this clicking sound with each rotation. It's nothing major though. I didn't notice it the last few times. Also, the bike sometimes wobbles as I'm pedaling but that is minor as well.
Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase since I got it at 50% off. I would not pay more for it and recommend it to others! Hope this review was helpful.

Good Value and quality for price
I purchased this bike for 139.99 and am very pleased with it. Good quality and performance for the price paid. I had been using a bike that cost several hundred dollars more and this one works fine for my needs.

5 stars based on value for the money
We bought this bike for $140 (1/2 price) and for that price it actually exceeds my expectations. We've put on well over 1000 km so far with no issues. It is whisper quiet. Assembly was fairly easy. It's easy to move around once assembled. Tension adjustment works well. Has all the basic readouts on the panel. The seat is not the most comfortable for long time periods, but it's OK. For this price they obviously have to use a cheaper foam product. But my butt gets sore on the expensive high-end gym bikes too, so I just suck it up. It is a single-tube frame construction, so you feel the bike flexing a bit during use, but it doesn't affect the workout. Is this bike the same quality as one you'd find in the gym? No. If you are a serious hardcore biker you may want to upgrade to a higher end bike, but for an average/moderate user this bike does a good job and for $140 I would recommend it.

A great bike
I've put 1200 + kms on this bike in the last year and it's still working like the day it came out of the box. I had a problem with the monitor fading out, and called CS, and he sent me a new monitor. There was no beating around the bush, the monitor wasn't working, the bike was still under warranty and the new one arrived in 8 days. I do use my own memory foam seat cushion.

Have just purchased this bike. Found the customer service to be totally different from a previous writer. I came to the last step in assembly and found that the seatback had a couple of slashes in he vinyl. Called their CS line and Eugene immediately made arrangements to send me another seatback. Will write more after it has been used for a while.
