easy to assemble
Canadian tire delivered it for a reasonable fee. After bringing the panels in the house, I easily snapped it together in about an hour, taking my time to read the instructions etc. Im a 5 ft 3 in, 44 yr old woman and managed to assemble it ( needed a ladder to put the roof on). Plugged it in and it worked just fine. It gets more than hot enough for me.

Love my sauna!
I've had this for about a year and love it. I use it to detox and strengthen my immune system, and when I get out, I feel invigorated.
We had no problems putting it together - it clips into place - and fits in any small room.

love it
purchased on sale, easy to assemble, insulated as per instructions, we're in the mountains off grid, we run this off a 2000 watt inverted gen set no problem, heats up very quickly and we love the sauna, we both use it frequently and are very happy with it, a wee bit small for two people..but truly a treat for one person. Works great for muscle tension,aches and pains.wonderfully relaxing, nice Led Lights and relaxing music....yep we do love it

Happy with Purchase
Ok, I just purchased this unit yesterday from CDN Tire. Note: There are 2 different saunas available. There is this one (reg price 1099 sale 699) and also another unit with a Finnish sounding name (reg price 999..on sale last week for 799). For some reason this second unit does not show up in the on-line catalog. Anyway, moving on, I had issues setting this unit up when I got it. The back panel was warped and therefore, the groove would not fit into the slots on the side panel. The back rest was cracked also but I was able to glue that together myself. I called the 800 customer service number. I was very impressed - excellent cust service! I received a new back panel via Purolator today even thought they said it would take about 6 biz days. Put the unit together. It heated up to the stated 65 degress C in about an hour but I started using it at about 57C which took about 30 minutes. Look, this unit is made in China like everything else. The workmanship is not great but as far as I am concerned, It does the job and is worth the $699 that I paid. This is the same amount that you would spend on a brake job or a lawyer for 2 hours so relatively speaking it's not a lot of money. I am a person who hates winter and always feels cold, so it's great even for just warming up along with the health benefits a sauna provides. The integrated music system sounds ok but I do hear a lot of loud hum when the volume is down low or off. This is not a show stopper as I don't really care. All being said, I am happy with the purchase.

Poor product
I purchase this early last summer and did not use it until now. Always on sale so don't rush buying this. Lots of warning labels on this product including that warning do not use until obtaining a permit for the municipality. I phoned them and they do not require any permit. Other labels warn of dangers of being in a sauna. But with this one there is no danger. The sauna does not get up over 54 degrees. The heaters are undersized. I am thinking of adding an additional heater to it to make it usefull. Probably you should just buy some wood and heater and make your own.

Poor product
I purchased this with high hopes however it takes 30-45 minutes to heat up to 51 Celsius and never reaches the 65 Celsius it claims it can reach. Furthermore the temperature at the seat level was only 37 Celsius. So unless you can hover at ceiling level it is just like a nice summer day. I sat in it for almost 30 minutes before I started to "break a sweat".
Terrible, just terrible.

Great Buy!
We recently purchased the older model on sale. I did have my doubts on its performace given the price; however after just one use it was clear that this was a quality well made product. Very easy to put together; with clear instructions; they even put the specfic screw type in a baggy taped to its corresponding part; so no digging thru bags of screws trying to find the right one. Awesome! Even with just a few fasten points the unit is very study and strong. The speakers/mp3 port are a nice addition. It heated faster than expected. After realizing how hot it was and how quick it reached that temp I assumed it had a huge wattage, however is uses just under 1.5 kw/h, which truly is pennies per use as the manual says. You can fit two people but it is more comfortable with one, especially after you start sweating. Very happy with this purchase, its not very often you get more than what you pay for.

Excellent Value @ $699 sale price
The unit is easily assembled by one person, but much easier if you are two.
The time to heat up to 140F is about one hour. The manuals chart is based on a room temperature of 86F. If my house temperature was that warm, I wouldn't need a sauna!
That being said, my wife and I love the unit. Just keep in mind that a sauna will NOT MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT. It is a great muscle relaxer and helps eliminate toxins thru sweating. The hot air is also very soothing for your lungs.
A good 40 minute sweat before bed does wonders for your sleep or even if taken in the morning, it gets you prepped to face the days events.
I use my iPhone to play music while in the sauna and the 140F temperature does not affect it. So no need to worry about cooking your iPhone.
Unlike so many other health devices (treadmills, stationary bikes, steppers, rowing machines, weights...) which end up as room decoration of clothes hangers, you will use this sauna often.
I am no expert and can not expound on the medical benefits of a sauna, but what I can say is that it makes you feel good and does afford you a certain level of physical comfort and relaxation.

You got what you pay
Three weeks ago, I bought this product when its on sale. They told me the package is too big to put in a Van. Actually, I think the Van should be able to hold it, if take the third row seat off. the Package is heavy, needs two person to carry. I got it unloaded in my back yard, and took it in my basement piece by piece. Its easy to assemble, took me about 1 hour, it can be done by one person. I got the same problem as described in other reviews, the control panel did not work, it seems like this is a popular problem of the product. I called service line, a nice lady answered phone, and said someone will contact me soon. about a day later, someone from Canadian tires called me, said, either i can send the unit back to supplier, or get a replacement part from them . I chose to get a replacement part since I sense it just the control panel. So the lady send me all the information by email, asked me to call supplier to order parts. I called supplier, the lady was little bit mean, I thought maybe the time I called was too late, it was Friday. Maybe my thick accent caused her out of patience. Anyway, I forgive her.. She did her work, sent me the part. she told me it would be 5-10 days, actually, it just took 3 days. after I replace the part, the Sauna works really well. The size is just right for me, maybe a little small for two person. Anyway, even I got a defect at first time, I still feel satisfied since Canadian tire worked really hard to solve the problem.The Quality is reasonable, you cant be too picky since you only pay $699 for a Sauna. If some of you will buy it in future, just be aware of the Control Panel. Dont be panic, all the parts are easy to replacement by your self.

Excellent product and value!
This was an amazing purchase. Incredible value and easy set up. The audio feature and changing LED light are a bonus for the affordable price. I would recommend this sauna to anyone. Unfortunately, it sounds like a few people have not been so lucky, but I have to say that I have had no complaints whatsoever.
