For wallking only I own 2x2.5lbs weights and they can't be used in fast movement activities. They tend to sag and the plastic strap hurts a lot. It feels like a ball on a chain when running. If the pebbles stayed uniform inside, it would fine for jogging. You must have the weight bags wrap around your ankle otherwise the plastic strap will grind on your skin. They don't work well on wrists. January 5, 2008
