Good Chair And Even Better Warranty
I bought two of these chairs a few years ago. A couple things I'd change if I was king of the world, would be to add a magazine holder on one of the arms, and put a cupholder on the other armrest as well. Other than that I have no compliants.
It's a fold-up outdoor chair, so don't compare its comfort level to your couch at home. It's on par with other fold up chairs, but once you add the footrest, it's even better. However, the footrest is easily disengaged, and can also be detached for those people who find it awkward.
I would say the quality and durability are great. However, during the first use of one of the chairs, we did have a footrest break. I called the customer service number included with the chair, and they sent me a whole new chair. I don't mind paying a bit extra if I'm getting this level of customer care. So now I have 3 chairs (only one doesn't have a footrest anymore). And I haven't had any problem with any of the chairs since, so I'd say great durability and quality. If you are having problems with the chair, I urge you to contact the customer service, they will help you.

Good Chair but Footrest is a Pain
I like the chair part put the footrest always seems to be in the way.

Really comfortable
Pros: We bought two and my wife and I love them. The footrest option turns it into a comfortable lounge chair. The footrest is also detachable. Much sturdier and robust than other portable chairs we saw.
Cons: When using the footrest, don't lean forward when your legs are stretched on the footrest... you could go off balance and tip over! A little heavy but the chair comes with a great bag to store and carry around.

People Keep Forgetting About Warranties
Have had this chair for over 2 years. Footrest broke recently. Since this chair comes with a lifetime waraanty, I called their customer support and had a new footrest mailed withen the week. This chair is worth every penny.

Comfortable chair
Very Good chair, ergonomically well designed. Our most comfortable camping chair. Plastic ball joint for leg rest let go during it's 2nd season. Leg rest now useless.

Foot reast is a pain, bulky chair.
The foot rest is a pain. It makes the chair cumbersome when packing up and moving around. You also have to be careful when getting out of the chair as you have the foot rest sticking out in front of you. While sitting it is pretty comfortable but watching everyone get their legs caught in the straps when they stand up is a nuisance.

Good for a year
As soon as I bought it, I really liked it. It was really comfortable, and the footrest was terrific. However, after a winter away, I brought it out, and as soon as I put my feet on it, the arm snapped. Good for one year anyway, but I likely won't buy another.

Great for camping
Great chair. Overall the frame is built to last, however the leg rest lasted about halfd a dozen sittings as the plastic ball joints broke. The open mesh design makes it great for those hot muggy Southern Ontario summers. Cup holder works great. Mesh back pocket is durable. The mesh design does not hold rain water as most campers can relate if they have ever been away from their camp site or sleeping when it has rained and ended up finding their chair full of water. Any moisture that does get on the mesh, dries very fast.

very comfortable
I love this chair, started using mine as soon as the warm weather started. I like that it has a footrest. Would purchase another one if and when this one is ready to retire.
