Great Investment!
Purchased this for our cabin a couple of years ago.
We have used this for a couple of years now, and have never regretted the purchase.
I have read the reviews of the trap coming off the track, and it has happened to us also... but if you pull out on the handle slowly, this seems to be the trick to it!
The height of it is very nice and the holding tank is quiet large for a porta potty, so it lasts for awhile before needing to be emptied.
Using the recommended products for this unit are a good idea.

Works great!
This is a handy item. I use it at my cabin, and it is compact , easy to keep clean, and easy to maintain.
Use the chemical/deodorizer suggested and the toilet paper (1 ply biodegradeable) and you will have no problems.

Not Good.
Worked good for a couple of weekends until the sliding trap-door started falling out of its tracks. This required about 10-15 minutes of "messing" around with it to get it back. We were not treating it poorly for this to happen, it just did. I would not recommend it unless you like putting your hand in.......well you know.

Great little toilet
This is my first portable toilet and I was pretty skeptical. But I want to try my hand at camping and this is the only way to avoid using public toilets! I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it would be awkward to use and it wasn't. My only suggestion is to make sure everything that should be tightened... is. We thought ours wasn't flushing properly as it wouldn't hold the "charge"... but that was because we didn't have one of those top things tightened tightly. Once we corrected that... it's a dream.
