Great for home use
This kit is great for home use but won't standup for comercial use.

Great Starter Tool Set
I'm a University student so I don't have anywhere to keep a large tool box full of all the tools I would like to have but this kit is compact enough. It has most the tools you need for the basics and each tool is good quality. The hammer even worked to rip down a deck. Also the screw driver has Allen Key bits which are the right size for adjusting breaks and gears on a bike.

First time homeowner
Bought this as a house warming gift for our daughter. She was thrilled, having never owned any tools of her own. A great assortment of the basic hand tools all in a great case. For the average home repairs this a great beginners set.

Great starter tool sets
We bought this as an intro tool kit for some newly married friends. It's not a present most people get, but it is a useful one.
The level and the multi-tip screwdriver pretty basic, but they work. The handle on the hammer seems a little short in the handle, but it's a good weight.
The rest of the tools are standard MasterCraft tools and we have owned. We've found these tools to be durable and comfortable to use. But don't take our word for it. Most of these tools are sold separately by Canadian Tire, so you can check up reviews on the CT website before committing to buying an entire tool set.
If you already own a couple of tools (say a hammer and some slip joint pliers), then you should skip this kit and buy your tools a la carte or when on sale.
