Should be standard
These arms should be standard with all ladders. They add an incredible amount of stability.
They also served me well in cases where I couldn't get the ladder above my eaves and allowed me to be a little further away from the house and be much more stable to do work such as painting.
Should mention, they are also very durable, mine have been stored outside for 2 years and show no signs of rust or damage.

Ladder Arms are A+
I go up two stories with a long extension and these arms keep the ladder much safer and more stable. Make sure you get the arms pushed in all the way--You need to work at it. CTC needs to sell the ladder leg leveler in my video. I found it at Home Depot USA, nowhere in Canada.

Must have if you use your ladder.
Have been using the product for the last four years. Wow,. it should be standard equipment on all extension ladders. It really does stabilize and protect. Highly recommend it.

Great Accessory
I use these on my extension ladder. What a great $24 investment. No more worrying about damaging my gutters and the wide base provides greater stability, especially at heights greater than 20 feet.
I've had mine for about 2 months and they've withstood the elements well. No rusting or wearing of the finish. Installing them will require a strong pair of arms, but once you've got them in they are very strong. No worries about them ever coming out unless I want them to.
If you own an extension ladder, get a pair of these.

Why did it take me so long to buy these?!
An absolute must for any ladder user. Holds the ladder away from eaves troughing, so NO damage!. Provides a steadier platform overall. You will not be disappointed.

Great addition to Your ladder
This produst as simple as it is, It adds great stability to your ladder & myself I have height issues, Not with this product, It protects your rain gutters & gives you a great feeling when using your ladder, It can't slip or slide side to side. Great Product, If you have a ladder you need this.
