You Can't Beat This Kind of Quality These are absolutely the very best tongue and groove pliers you can buy. They are well made, work well and appear indestructible. They are well worth the extra cost. October 30, 2010

money well spent I am a tradesman who literally uses these daily. I gave them a 3 star for durability because i flattened out the teeth on the 10" model, no big deal still using them. During the course of a day these pliers see more use than most would throw at them i think, and have held up quite well. They put great torque on pipe and various fittings that i use. I have broken lesser models and some that cost more that these. Channellock is a trusted name and this duo has been in my van for 4 years now and still going strong, bent teeth and all. Buy them now, NOW!!! These are quality tools, I can't say enough about them , super torque , they rip into steel pipe . I use these as pipe wrenches on 1/2" - 3/4" threaded steel pipe, CHANNELLOCK quality at its best! Get a set when they are on sale you won't regret it. November 10, 2007
