Good Kettle
Overall a good kettle; looks very nice and works well. The only downside it is a little pricey.

Amazing kettle!
I love tea more now that I have this programmable kettle. Heat water to the perfect temp for every type of tea. Very quick heating times too.

It made a difference
When I first got this I was thinking who needs all those different setting. But one I start using it, I can drink the difference it has made to different type of tea. The little alarm to alert water is done & you can set to keeping water in the temperature for half an hour.

Still on the Fence
First I use my kettle at least 2 times a day - - so this thing get used a lot - - I love that it is stainless steel - I am trying to get away from plastics, but....I have had it for 3 months and today it would not turn on....so sad as it is quick to boil and has a "keep temp" feature so that it will keep the water hot until you use it. So we will see how easy this is to exchange and then I will try to remember to update this post - so buy it, but keep your packaging and receipt.

Hi, i really like this kettle, it heats up quickly.
I am a bit hard of hearing so i do not hear the beep sound letting me know the kettle is done heating my water, but i can tell it is ready because the flashing blue light stops flashing on the boil button, or which ever temp of water you choose to heat.
i also really like the keep warm setting for up to 30 mins, because i often walk off and forget that i had the kettle on. This way when i come back the water is still good and hot, You also have the option of shutting that feature off as soon as your water is ready..
CT is great with price matching, it was on sale at CT but it was also on sale at Future Shop for even less and CT matched the price, no prob.

Stopped working in 2 weeks
The kettle stopped heating water during 2 weeks after purchase.

Don't be scared of the price!
When my daughter first told me she wanted this kettle, my initial response was "I'm not paying that much money for a kettle". However, it was Christmas and that's what she wanted. I must say the kettle has exceeded expectations. It brews her different varieties of tea at the right temperature and keeps the water at the right temperature for a second cup. This kettle has seen a lot of use and there have been absolutely no problems with it. The auto shut-off works perfectly and I really like the fact that Canadian Tire guarantees it for 3 years.

Love the features
Love the warm feature as this is great when I have company .Also the tea feature I am excited about ,as I find it great for green tea.
And it looks good on my counter.

Great Features
I bought this kettle because of the variable temperature feature. I like my tea to be at a drinkable, sub-212 F temp right away. The kettle has six temp selections, using six buttons, from 160 F to full boil. It's very convenient to push on button, plus the start button, to get exactly the right temp. It's also a plus that the kettle holds the selected temp for 30 minutes, for that second cup. The lid opens with the push of a button. It opens quickly yet gently, reducing stress on the hinge. The kettle heats fairly quickly and emits a gentle beep when ready. The water level indicator is lit for easier viewing. It's plastic, but to minimize contact with the water, only a small portion of the plastic is inside. The only problems are that it gets hot to the touch, and is a bit of a fingerprint magnet, both being typical for a stainless steel kettle.
