Not that reliable
It works great for a while, but after a couple of years it will just stop working and its impossible to fix.

Works great, lasts long!
This microwave has lasted me 7 years without any problems. It's easy to clean and is a nice size.

good product, good warranty
I've been using this microwave for over a year now, with no problems. It replaced some cheap no-name microwave that only lasted a year. So far, I'm completely happy with this one.

Not obsolete
Have a model that just stopped heating a couple days ago that I have had for over 8 years. It had a burning plastic odour as it died but I'm going to replace the dead one with exactly the same model.

No longevity
We bought this 5 years ago, had it replaced with a new one within 1 year and now four years later it has finally died. When it works it works great but it is not a long lasting item. It doesn't handle cooking things like potatos very well...steams up right into the clock. And we are off to buy a new microwave because this one now runs but doesn't heat any more.

Great buy
I bought this unit on sale to replace a 15-year old microwave that served our family well. In 15 years, technology has really improved. It defrosts better than our old unit and cooks everything in 2/3 the time. I could complain that we need to adjust all our standard warming/cooking times but that's a small complaint as it frees up the microwave faster if you're reheating multiple leftovers.
We can't report on reliability because we've only been using this unit for two months. There was a nasty smell when we initially used the microwave. Likely there was too much preservative used for shipping preservatives.
The only improvements we could suggest are a "boomerang" turntable and a quiet "nag" sound when there's something forgotten inside. That's also an energy saver because absent-mindedness doesn't lead to reheating something twice.

Best Microwave ever
I've had this microwave for over two years now and could safely say this is the best one on the market!!
It uses less power than other ones and the heating is super efficient, much better than previous ones. Never had any problems with it and it's very easy to clean.
It's not stainless steel but it looks incredible. If you're thinking about getting this microwave do not hesitate, everything about it is perfect.... I could not be happier!!

Great microwave
This is a great little microwave. It does it all and does it well. It's the perfect size for us. Works really well. I had this microwave for 8 years and it has been used a lot. I like the door on it. Just hold the handle and push the micro with your thumb. Opens great for us. Thaws food really well and never burns popcorn. Food cooks evenly. Easy to clean and shines up beautifully! It's smart looking with the polished chrome buttons. I have the black one like this. Best microwave oven I've ever had and I've had a few of them as I am 58 yrs old.

last few months!!!
I only used it to warm food, not for cooking and still it has been the microwave that have lasted only 5 months. Bad thing it has only 90 days guarantee. I do not recommend this product.
