Dissapointed Customer
Just like many of the other reviewers here, we bought these dishes 3 years ago. They have been in a dishwasher about half this time. We have had a few dishes crack and break on their own (not from dropping them), and others have crack lines that are brown discoloured now. Seem to discolour against the cultlery (grey marks). Had a stainless steel bowl rub up against the one bowl in the dishwasher - permanant damage now, can't get the grey off the bowl. Very sad as nice set of dishes - great for everyday or dressing up with a nice meal. Coating on bone china must be really cheap - won't be buying debbie travis again.

short term everyday set
I've had this set for two years and use it everyday. If I avoid the dishwasher, the dishes look great, otherwise they tend to mark up a bit.

Poor quality glazing
Love the design of these dishes, but they started to look terrible after about five months of use. I'm assuming that it has something to do with the glazing on the dishes. I've never had a set of dishes this bad in my life.
My sets are about 3 years old. All the dishes started out shiny and bright, but after 5 months of use, the cereal dishes were no longer shiny and starting to look dingy. From milk and cereal?
Today, 3 years later, they look awful, dirty, and streaked from the dishwasher detergent.
The plates are still somewhat shiny, but streaked from the dishwasher detergent and slightly dirty looking. I should have returned everything when it was under warranty, but I didn't realize that I could do so at the time.

Do NOT Buy This Set!
I purchased this set because they looked great, but after about 3 months of use, many of the plates and some of the bowls are covered in fine black/grey streaks. I am not sure what the cause of the streaking is, but they do not appear to be on the surface, but rather seem to inside the plates. I am now faced with trying to get my money back to try and replace this set with something that is better quality. I only wish that I had read these reviews prior to purchasing four sets of this dishware, as many others have reported the same issue. I think that Canadian Tire should not continue to sell a product that has obviously has been proven defective.

Don't Waste your Money!!
Don't buy for everyday use unless you like to change your dishes every year. Looked great when bought but within a year, the plates look so bad from scratches and discolouration, that I am replacing them. The glazing on these dishes is obviously of poor quality and can not withstand everyday wear.

Most Disappointing
I purchased 20 place settings of this china thinking that it would serve me well for many years. Instead, within a matter of months I found that there were cracks in the bowls, that turned brown, and the dishes mark from cutlery scrapes leaving them covered with gray scratch marks. Most disappointing. I am getting rid of them and replacing them with a better quality porcelain for less money.

Great Looking Dishes!
I've owned my dishes for 2 years and have been really happy with them! I plan to buy additional sets for when I host large family gatherings. The dishes look great and can be used for both informal and formal dining. They stack well in the cupboard and in the dishwasher. I've had no problem with black streaking as mentioned in other reviews. The cups do stain fairly easily but I rinse them out as soon as they are used. I also bleach occasionally. This would the only downfall. Otherwise, they are great dishes, wear well, look fabulous and the price is right if you get them on sale!

Debbie Travis Dinnerware
I purchased my dinnerware (two sets) three years ago and many pieces are chipping. The cups also are staining badly. Can these items be returned?? It is yellow in colour.

Looks great and performs well
The looks and style is very modern, beautiful, simple and high end. It does feel a bit 'thin' and light in my opinion and the plates are very flat. Because it feels a bit fragile, I do make sure I wash them carefully by hand Never had issues with black streaks that others report, got them when they were 47$ each set on sale. Would recommend these as great looking everyday dinnerware but take care of them if you want them to last.

Black Streaks on Dinnerware
I love this dinnerware set and bought 2 sets last Feb./10. Shortly afterwards, the plates began to have black streaks on them. Canadian Tire was good enough to replace all 8 of the plates. I have refrained from using the heat-dry on the dishwasher. However, now these new plates have black streaks on them as well as the bowls, salad plates and cups. I am so disappointed because they are such a beautiful design and have a clasic bone china appearance.
